1 pound (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

¼ cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup (50g) panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for added spice)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the garlic butter mixture.

Transfer the shrimp to the prepared baking dish in a single layer.

In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.

Notes
For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes or add a splash of hot sauce to the garlic butter mixture.
If you prefer a gluten-free option, substitute the panko breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
