- 1 package frozen phyllo cups
- 1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pistachios)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped nuts, honey, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spoon the nut mixture into each phyllo cup, filling them generously.
- Place the filled phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the cups bake, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Once the baklava cups have cooled slightly, drizzle the warm chocolate sauce over the top of each one.
