These Banana Strawberry Pudding Cheesecake Cups are the perfect no-bake dessert for any occasion!   • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens. Pour the pudding over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  • Layer sliced strawberries over the pudding layer in each cup.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries in each cup.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour to allow them to set before serving.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can use fresh bananas in addition to the banana pudding mix for a more authentic banana flavor.
