Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 package instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups to form a crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens. Pour the pudding over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
- Layer sliced strawberries over the pudding layer in each cup.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries in each cup.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour to allow them to set before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can use fresh bananas in addition to the banana pudding mix for a more authentic banana flavor.
- If you don’t have individual cups, you can layer the ingredients in a large trifle dish instead.
- For added texture, sprinkle some extra graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream before serving.
