- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced flank steak, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated steak and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli to the pan and cook until slightly tender.
- Meanwhile, cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce and beef broth. Pour over steak and broccoli in the pan.
