  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine sliced flank steak, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated steak and cook until browned.
  • Add broccoli to the pan and cook until slightly tender.
  • Meanwhile, cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
  • In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce and beef broth. Pour over steak and broccoli in the pan.
