- (Please provide frosting ingredients, if needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan or line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a uniform crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and granulated sugar, and continue to beat until fully incorporated and the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth and combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped gumballs until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Add a few drops of neon pink food coloring and stir until the desired shade of pink is achieved.
- Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula to make it even.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set and firm up.
- Add Frosting (Optional):
- If you’d like to add frosting, prepare it according to the frosting recipe you have and pipe it onto the top of the cheesecake before serving. Alternatively, you can skip the frosting if you prefer a simpler presentation.
- Serve:
- Once the cheesecake has set, remove it from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving platter. Slice and serve chilled, enjoying the bubblegum flavor in every bite!
Notes
- If you don’t have gumballs, you can substitute bubblegum pieces or bubblegum extract to achieve the desired flavor.
- You can also decorate the top of the cheesecake with extra chopped gumballs or other fun, colorful toppings to match the theme.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for the smoothest filling texture.
