Description

This spicy and creamy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna combines all the bold flavors of buffalo wings with the comforting layers of lasagna. Ground chicken, buffalo sauce, and a blend of mozzarella and blue cheese create an irresistible dish that will spice up your dinner table!

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground chicken, diced onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in buffalo sauce and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom. Then, layer with cooked lasagna noodles, followed by mozzarella cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  • Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a top layer of cheese.
  • Cover the lasagna with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with extra ranch dressing or blue cheese on the side, if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice tolerance.
  • For a richer flavor, you can substitute some of the ranch dressing with cream cheese.
  • If you prefer a milder dish, you can use a mild buffalo sauce or even mix the buffalo sauce with a little tomato sauce.
