Description

This festive Candy Cane Fudge is a creamy and delicious holiday treat, combining the sweetness of white chocolate with the refreshing flavor of peppermint and the crunch of candy canes. It’s easy to make and perfect for sharing at Christmas gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

 


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  • Stir in the peppermint extract and crushed candy canes, mixing until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
  • Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra decoration, sprinkle additional crushed candy canes on top before refrigerating.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
  • If you prefer a stronger peppermint flavor, you can add a bit more peppermint extract.
