- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into thick slices to create “steaks.”
- In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate dish, beat the eggs.
- Dip each cauliflower steak into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each cauliflower steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until tender.

- If you prefer a lighter version, you can skip the frying step and bake the cauliflower steaks directly in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
