- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 2 hours before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on the soaked cedar plank and brush generously with the soy sauce mixture.
- Place the cedar plank on the preheated grill and close the lid.
- Grill for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
