- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place a tortilla in a heated skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Top with another tortilla and gently press down to seal.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with salsa on the side.
