  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Place a tortilla in a heated skillet over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  • Top with another tortilla and gently press down to seal.
  • Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 2-3 minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with salsa on the side.
