These Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are an irresistible, bite-sized snack that’s loaded with melty mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and garlic butter. Perfect for pizza lovers, they’re easy to make and ideal for dipping in marinara sauce!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese sticks cut into small pieces)
  • 24 slices pepperoni (about 3 slices per bomb)
  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the Biscuit Dough:

    • Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
    • Flatten each biscuit out with your fingers or a rolling pin to create a small round dough circle.
  • Assemble the Pizza Bombs:

    • Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
    • Add 3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
    • Spoon a small amount of marinara or pizza sauce (about 1 teaspoon) over the pepperoni.
    • Fold the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the filling to seal the pizza bomb, pinching the edges together tightly.
  • Bake the Pizza Bombs:

    • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
    • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together.
    • Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pizza bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

  • Garnish and Serve:

    • Once out of the oven, garnish the pizza bombs with fresh chopped basil or parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
    • Serve with extra marinara or pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
