Description

This Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread is a warm, savory, and gooey delight that’s perfect for any meal. With a crispy crust, melted mozzarella, and fragrant garlic butter, it’s a crowd-pleaser that’s easy to make and irresistible to eat. The Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley add a finishing touch that makes it extra delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of bread (a baguette or Italian bread works well)
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Using a sharp knife, make diagonal cuts in the loaf of bread, being careful not to cut all the way through (leave the bottom of the loaf intact).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Gently separate the bread slices and brush the garlic butter mixture in between each slice.
  • Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese in between the slices, ensuring the cheese gets into each cut.
  • Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Unwrap the bread, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Cheese Variations: You can add other cheeses like cheddar or fontina for extra flavor.
  • Extra Garlic Butter: If you love garlic, feel free to increase the amount of garlic in the butter mixture to your liking.
  • Serving Tip: This bread pairs wonderfully with pasta dishes or as a side to any meal.
