Description

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal squares.
  • Spoon some cherry pie filling into the center of each square.
  • Fold the corners of each square towards the center, making a danish shape.
  • Brush the edges of the pastries with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make a glaze.
