- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until thick and pale.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold until the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Carefully roll the cake using a kitchen towel to help, then let it cool completely.
- Unroll the cake and spread an even layer of whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Roll the cake again and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
