  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Let the bars cool completely.
