Description

This Christmas Sugar Cookie Cheesecake combines the best of both worlds—a soft, buttery sugar cookie base with a creamy, festive cheesecake filling. Swirled with vibrant red and green batter and topped with sprinkles, it’s a perfect dessert to celebrate the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Red and green food coloring
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan, forming a uniform crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until well combined.
  • Divide the cheesecake batter in half. Add red food coloring to one half and green food coloring to the other half.
  • Alternate spoonfuls of the red and green batter on top of the sugar cookie dough.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl the batters together to create a festive marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles for an extra touch of fun.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours to set.
  • Slice and enjoy the delicious combination of cheesecake and sugar cookie in every bite!

Notes

  • Make sure the cheesecake is fully chilled before serving for the best texture.
  • If you prefer a thicker crust, you can use an extra package of sugar cookie dough.
  • You can adjust the food coloring amount for more or less vibrant colors depending on your preference.
