- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- Red and green food coloring
- Sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan, forming a uniform crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until well combined.
- Divide the cheesecake batter in half. Add red food coloring to one half and green food coloring to the other half.
- Alternate spoonfuls of the red and green batter on top of the sugar cookie dough.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the batters together to create a festive marbled effect.
- Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles for an extra touch of fun.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours to set.
