- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then shape the mixture into a Christmas tree shape on a serving platter.
- Press chopped pecans onto the outside of the cheese ball to coat.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks
