Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined, then shape the mixture into a Christmas tree shape on a serving platter.
  • Press chopped pecans onto the outside of the cheese ball to coat.
  • Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks

  • You can garnish the cheese ball with small pieces of red bell pepper or olives to resemble ornaments on the tree for extra decoration.
