These soft and buttery cinnamon crunch knots are a sweet treat with a delightful combination of cinnamon, sugar, and crushed cinnamon toast cereal. Perfect for breakfast or a snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed cinnamon toast cereal

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.
  • Separate the biscuits and cut each into thirds. Roll each piece into a 3-inch rope.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Dip each rope into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Tie each rope into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle crushed cinnamon toast cereal over the knots.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra crunchy texture, you can increase the amount of crushed cinnamon toast cereal.
  • These are best enjoyed warm right out of the oven!
