1 pack Oreos

1 box Ghirardelli Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Mix (or any variety: Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Supreme, etc.)

1 large egg (for brownie mix)

¼ cup vegetable oil (for brownie mix)

¼ cup water (for brownie mix)

1 roll (16 oz) chocolate chip cookie dough
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to form an even layer.

Add Oreo layer: Arrange Oreos in a single layer on top of the cookie dough. You may need to break some to fit the edges.

Make the brownie batter: In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg, oil, and water according to package directions. Stir until smooth.

Pour and spread: Gently pour brownie batter over the Oreo layer, spreading it evenly to cover everything.

Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a little gooey is okay if you like fudgy brownies).

Cool and serve: Allow to cool completely before slicing for clean cuts. Enjoy warm or chilled!
Notes
For an even gooier result, slightly underbake and chill before cutting.
You can use homemade brownie or cookie dough if you prefer.
