Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the refrigerated sugar cookie dough into mini muffin tin cups, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, following the package directions.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and smooth.
- Spoon the pudding mixture into the cooled cookie cups.
- Top with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the filling to set.
