Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press the refrigerated sugar cookie dough into mini muffin tin cups, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, following the package directions.
