- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken until no longer pink in the center, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter. Cook until the sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
