  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides to create a well for the filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly into the hollowed-out bread halves.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed bread.
