- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides to create a well for the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly into the hollowed-out bread halves.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed bread.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the bread and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper for added flavor.
