- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8–10 pepperoncini peppers
- ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
- ½ cup butter, sliced
Instructions

Prepare the Crock Pot:
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

Add the Seasonings and Ingredients:
- Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the diced onion, pepperoncini peppers, and pour the juice from the pepperoncini over the top.

Add Butter:
- Place the slices of butter on top of the chicken and seasonings.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and shreds easily with a fork.

- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the crockpot.
