  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the steak in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook longer if you prefer a different doneness.
  • While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Once the steak is cooked to your liking, remove it from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
