- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Croutons, for topping
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken thinly.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well coated.
- Divide the dressed lettuce between two plates. Top with the sliced chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Serve and enjoy!
