  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons, for topping

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken thinly.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well coated.
  • Divide the dressed lettuce between two plates. Top with the sliced chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
