- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
