A quick and delicious stir-fry, this Easy Chicken Lo Mein combines tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and savory sauce with lo mein noodles. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add the bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
