Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls
Open the package of cinnamon rolls, and cut each roll into quarters. Arrange the quartered cinnamon rolls evenly in the greased baking dish. -
Make the Custard Mixture
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla coffee creamer until well combined. -
Pour the Custard Over the Cinnamon Rolls
Pour the egg and creamer mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls, making sure all the pieces are soaked in the custard. -
Bake the Casserole
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
