Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar (if using). Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
- Optional: Roll the coconut balls in additional shredded coconut for a decorative touch and extra coconut flavor.
- Place the coconut balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
