Instructions
- Prepare the mini waffles according to the package instructions or cook your homemade mini waffles using a mini waffle maker.
- While the waffles cool slightly, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Once the waffles are cool, spread a dollop of whipped cream on one side of each waffle.
- Top with a few fresh berries, then sandwich the waffles together.
- Garnish with extra berries and mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
