Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Prepare the English Muffins
Split the English muffins in half and place them on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up. Lightly toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. -
Assemble the Pizzas

Bake the Pizzas
Place the muffin halves back in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Cook the Eggs
While the pizzas are baking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired level of doneness (fried or scrambled).
