- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Peel and chop the onions.

- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the caramelized onions to the mixture and stir well to combine.
