Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on all sides. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
