Juicy sirloin steak bites seared to perfection, then tossed in a rich and creamy garlic butter Parmesan sauce. This dish is a savory, indulgent treat that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak bites and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on all sides. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use other cuts of steak, such as ribeye or flank steak, if you prefer.
  • For an extra touch, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
  • This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
