- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Mojo marinade
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices pickles
- 4 sandwich rolls
- Mustard, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in Mojo marinade for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Once grilled, set the chicken aside.
- Assemble the sandwiches by layering Swiss cheese, ham, pickles, grilled chicken, and mustard on the sandwich rolls.
- Press the sandwiches in a panini press or grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve the sandwiches hot and enjoy!

- If you don’t have a panini press, you can grill the sandwiches in a skillet, pressing them with a heavy pan or spatula.
