Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 slices of cheese (such as Swiss, cheddar, or your favorite type)
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal squares.
  • Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each square.
  • Roll up the pastry and seal the edges.
  • Brush the tops of the croissants with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
