Instructions

Brown the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat. -
Transfer to Slow Cooker
Add the browned beef, black beans, corn, chopped bell peppers, and diced tomatoes to the slow cooker. -
Add Seasoning
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the mixture and stir well to combine. -
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until everything is heated through and the flavors are well blended.
