Description

A warm, creamy, and indulgent chocolate dip that’s perfect for the holiday season! This dip is made with semi-sweet chocolate, heavy cream, mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint candy canes. Ideal for dipping strawberries, pretzels, or graham crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy canes

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into a serving dish and top with mini marshmallows and crushed peppermint candy canes.
  • Serve with strawberries, pretzels, or graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • You can make this dip extra festive by adding some extra crushed candy canes or even a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  • For a non-peppermint version, feel free to skip the crushed candy canes and top with just marshmallows or add other toppings like crushed nuts.
