Ingredients
Dry Mix:

2 cups Rice Chex

2 cups Corn Chex

2 cups Wheat Chex

1½ cups mini pretzels

1 cup mixed nuts or peanuts
Hot Honey Glaze:

6 tbsp unsalted butter

¼ cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade*)

2 tbsp brown sugar

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat to 300°F (150°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil. -
Combine Dry Mix
In a large bowl, combine all cereals, pretzels, and nuts. -
Make the Glaze
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in hot honey, brown sugar, and seasonings. Cook until smooth and slightly bubbly (2–3 minutes). -
Coat the Mix
Pour glaze over dry ingredients. Toss until evenly coated. -
Bake
Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. -
Cool and Serve
Remove from oven and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container once fully cooled.
Notes
Homemade Hot Honey: Simmer ½ cup honey with 1–2 tsp red pepper flakes for 2–3 minutes. Let cool and strain.
Extra Heat: Add hot sauce or extra cayenne to glaze.
Storage: Keeps for up to 1 week in a sealed container at room temperature.
