- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- 1 pack of filo pastry
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Notes
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest.
- Brush a sheet of filo pastry with melted butter and place another sheet on top.
- Spoon some of the blueberry mixture onto the filo pastry.
- Roll the filo pastry into a log and place it in a spiral on a baking tray.
- Repeat with the remaining filo pastry and blueberry mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
