- 1 pound frozen meatballs
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen meatballs, French bread cubes, and marinara sauce. Stir to coat the bread and meatballs evenly with sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use homemade or store-bought marinara sauce for convenience.
- If you prefer, you can swap out the French bread for a different type of bread (like hoagie rolls) for added flavor.
