  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and place a mini peanut butter cup in each liner.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add egg and mix until combined.
  • Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
