6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

¾ cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, garlic, and onion. Mix until well coated.

Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Uncover & Finish Baking: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the potatoes are fork-tender.
