This One-Pan Creamy Parmesan Chicken & Rice is a delicious and easy meal that’s packed with flavor. The creamy Parmesan sauce brings together perfectly cooked chicken, savory rice, and rich cheese for a comforting dish that comes together in one pan.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the Chicken:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Prepare the Rice:
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the rice and stir to coat it in the remaining oil and flavor from the chicken.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir to combine, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and Cook:
- Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the pan on top of the rice.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the rice to absorb the flavors and become tender.

- Once the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender, remove the pan from heat.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can swap the chicken breasts for boneless, skinless thighs if you prefer.
- For added flavor, you can also stir in some spinach or mushrooms into the creamy sauce.
- If you prefer a bit more sauce, you can increase the amount of chicken broth and cream.
