3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Topping:

1 cup crushed cornflakes

2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions

reheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, both soups, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well blended. -
Add Noodles & Tomatoes:
Gently fold in the cooked egg noodles and drained diced tomatoes, if using. -
Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. -
Prepare Topping:
In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the cheese layer. -
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
