- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, combine the chocolate wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust. Set aside. - Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
In a separate bowl, blend the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter together until smooth. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the prepared crust. - Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
