Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark chocolate)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are finely ground, or place them in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with the peanut butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, or melt using a double boiler.
- Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Use a fork to lift it out and gently tap off any excess chocolate.
- Place the coated cookie balls back on the parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
- Enjoy your Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls!
Notes
- For extra flavor, try using crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy for added texture.
- If the peanut butter Oreo mixture is too sticky to roll into balls, refrigerating it for 10-15 minutes will make it easier to handle.
- You can drizzle extra melted chocolate over the cookie balls for a decorative touch.
