- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade. Cook chicken in hot skillet until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
