  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped pistachios, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares (approximately 3×3 inches).
