  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.

  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
