- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
