  • 6 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Cook the Sausage:
    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork sausage links and cook, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and set aside to drain on paper towels. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.

  • Prepare the Eggs:
    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

  • Scramble the Eggs:
    In the same skillet you used for the sausage, pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently to scramble, until the eggs are cooked through and fluffy.

 

  • Add Cheese and Sausage:
    Once the eggs are almost fully cooked, add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and cooked sausage pieces. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

Notes

  • You can substitute the pork sausage with turkey sausage, chicken sausage, or a plant-based sausage for a different variation.
