- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
- Salted caramel sauce for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in chopped Snickers bars and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
Notes
- Be sure to let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating to prevent cracking.
- For extra flavor, you can add a few more chopped Snickers bars on top before drizzling with caramel.
